We strive to provide the best possible health care for mothers based on sound scientific evidence.  

We aspire to be the main reference body in the Middle East, for doctors and expectant mothers, in providing reliable evidence-based information.

• Develop the professional scientific intellect in the field of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and develop scientific and professional performance of the members of the society.
• Provide the opportunity for workers in the MFM specialty to contribute to the movement of the scientific and professional progress in these fields.
• Facilitate the exchange of scientific knowledge and ideas in Maternal- Fetal Medicine between the healthcare institutions and universities inside and outside the Kingdom.
• Provide advice and conduct the necessary studies to improve the level of performance in the fields of maternal medicine and fetal medicine in various institutions and bodies.
• Contribute to the development of professional standards in the specialty, and participate in monitoring and maintaining its performance.
• Contribute to raising public health awareness.
• Contribute to the development of the skills of health practitioners.
• Contribute to resolving ethical dilemmas related to the specialty in collaboration with other professional societies or bodies.
